Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for kitchen staff.
  • Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
