Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TANDOORI BITES & CHAAT EXPRESS INC.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience for our customers.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
