Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sushiyama Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
- Plan and organize daily menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food, beverages, and other essential items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
