**Job Summary**

Nissan Motor is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team in the Atlantic Region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for operating within a specific district and acting as Nissan's primary point of contact with Business Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealership personnel to improve Dealers' performance in areas such as sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to assigned Dealers to assist them in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor results and identify areas of opportunity within the New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland Labrador territories.
  • Support dealers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives and provide responsiveness to Dealers' needs.
  • Conduct monthly in-person visits to all Dealers within assigned territory.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 7 years of automotive-related experience.
  • Recognized University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.
  • Effective listening skills.
