Business Development Manager - Leasing

O'Regan's Automotive Group, a leading vehicle leasing organization in Atlantic Canada, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
