Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to partner with independent distributors and design community partners to drive sales of our Magic Pak and Commercial HVAC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth plans in a defined geographic region, which includes developing new design community partners and existing distributors.
- Represent the organization at industry functions to develop new partnerships with the design community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, providing product and application training to assist in growing targeted products.
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
- Partner with internal departments and other sales team members to build a platform for mutual growth and support.
- Remote position with 60% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years of related experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, principles, and processes for providing customer services.
- Ability to learn and adopt Customer Relationship Management software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced industry and HVAC/R product knowledge.
- Experience in Two-Step Distribution Model.
Compensation
The Total Compensation range for this position is approximately $125,000 - $150,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. In addition, you will be provided a company car and fuel card.
