Job Summary

ZYDDER TECHNO SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our organizational growth and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to allocate resources, manage teams, and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish departmental objectives, policies, and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and external communications.
  • Lead the selection and development of middle managers, directors, and executive staff.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, as well as promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
