About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at ZYDDER TECHNO SOLUTIONS INC. as a key member of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
