Position Overview

GTA-Hope Staffing Corp. is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to manage our recruitment processes and ensure we attract the best talent available.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing needs to align with organizational goals.
  • Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements across various platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate incoming applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Provide guidance to applicants regarding job requirements and employment conditions.
  • Maintain and review candidate databases to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Facilitate recruitment of graduates from colleges and universities.
  • Participate in selection committees to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Communicate selection outcomes to applicants and prepare formal job offers.
  • Consult with management and staff on staffing policies and best practices.
  • Oversee the work of clerical staff responsible for administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping.
