Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Offer information and services, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Gather and evaluate applications from candidates.
  • Guide job seekers on employment prerequisites and conditions.
  • Examine candidate pools for potential fits.
  • Reach out to prospective candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Source graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Inform candidates about the outcomes of the selection process and prepare employment offers.
