About the Role

iip Recruiters Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our recruitment and employee relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage job postings, job boards, and social media channels to promote job openings
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • HR Administration and Operations
    • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, time-off tracking, and performance management
    • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
