Executive Director, Transportation Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Transportation Operations team at Time Travel Transportation Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve operational objectives.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Leadership: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Operational Oversight: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
