We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Transportation Operations team at Affordable Transport Management Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the transportation operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest level of operational excellence, including compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering exceptional service to drive loyalty and retention.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or transportation.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook, with experience in spreadsheet analysis and data management.
