Executive Director, Transportation Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Transportation Operations to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Revenue Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue to ensure profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage finances or budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
- Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation and Tracking: Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
- Operations Evaluation: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cargo Management: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption to optimize operations.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Language: Work in English.
- Work Hours: Work 35 hours per week.
