Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their issues.
  • Deliver first-line technical support for LAN, Desktop, and server devices, maintaining enterprise Microsoft environments.
  • Create and manage tickets using service desk software, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Collaborate with our team to drive business growth, leveraging your passion for IT and desire to learn more about it.

Requirements:

  • A college certificate or diploma in information technology, or relevant experience and industry certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is an asset.
