Position Overview:

Bulletproof is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst I to join our team. As a Technical Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and services to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Create and manage tickets using service desk software.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • A college certificate or diploma in information technology and/or relevant experience and industry certification.
  • Passion for IT and desire to learn more about it.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional telephone manners, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
