Dental Laboratory Supervisor

We are a reputable dental practice seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Laboratory Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Dental Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of our dental laboratory, overseeing supply maintenance and orders, and supervising a team of 1 to 2 people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping
- Oversee the maintenance and ordering of dental supplies and equipment
- Supervise a team of dental technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- 5 years or more of experience in a dental laboratory setting
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Hand-eye coordination
- Flexibility and strong teamwork abilities required
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment with a team of experienced professionals.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Hours of Work38 hours per week, permanent position.
