Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Technician Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our dental laboratory, maintaining and ordering supplies, and supervising a team of 1 to 2 dental technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Functions: Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our dental laboratory.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure our laboratory is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of 1 to 2 dental technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
As a Dental Technician Supervisor with our practice, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to maintain manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors. You will also be expected to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
