Key Responsibilities- Administrative Functions: Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for the dental laboratory, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 1 to 2 dental technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced dental practice environment, willing to relocate to support the growth of our business.
- Tasks: Perform a variety of tasks, including maintaining and ordering supplies, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a focus on manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Possess flexibility and a team player mentality, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory or related field, with a strong understanding of dental laboratory operations and procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 38 hours per week.
