Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Technician Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our dental laboratory, maintaining and ordering supplies, and supervising a team of 1 to 2 dental technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Functions: Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our dental laboratory.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure our laboratory is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 dental technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
As a Dental Technician Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will also be expected to have manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
