About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advice to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor and partner in driving business success.
  • HR Strategy and Operations: Provide strategic and operational HR support in areas such as performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Employee Engagement: Actively listen to employee feedback and proactively address concerns to promote a supportive work environment that is compliant with company policies and provincial labour laws.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Execute HR strategies to attract, develop, retain, and fully leverage the talent needed to support the business.
  • Culture and Inclusion: Promote a positive work environment and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement among salaried and hourly employees.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to policies and practices accordingly.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding for multiple divisions nationally.
  • HR Process Management: Execute core HR processes, including talent review, annual salary review, variable pay programs, and performance management.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Manage HR reports and utilize data to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Apply project management methodologies and change management principles to effectively lead and/or support key HR projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with the HR Service organization for payroll and HR transactional support, and work effectively in a team environment as well as have the ability to work self-directed, making independent decisions that may be complex in nature.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: CHRP professional certification preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, strong business acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills, solid understanding of HR management practices and employment legislation, self-starter who is flexible and able to take initiative, strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail, high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, excellent English language skills in both verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
