Logistics Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at BORNTOW LOGISTICS. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the logistics team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining records.
- Procedure Implementation
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluation and Review
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the logistics team.
- Staff Management
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administrative Activities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Office Services
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training and Development
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Office Administration
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- English language proficiency.
