About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at BORNTOW LOGISTICS. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Procedure Implementation
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Policy Administration
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Management
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.

  • Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
