Logistics Operations Manager

Tarrison is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a logistics or operations role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
