About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BORNTOW LOGISTICS. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities

Oversee and coordinate various office tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Establish and Maintain Office Procedures

Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and workflow.

Provide Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data compilation, statistics, and information management.

Manage Office Supplies and Inventory

Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.

Coordinate Projects and Programs

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
