Position Overview

As a Data Operations Supervisor at INFINI T AI LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing our data processing initiatives. This position requires a strong background in information technology and management to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for data projects.
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures for our information systems.
  • Engage with clients to understand their system needs, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-implementation.
  • Oversee project assignments and ensure effective coordination and review of programs.
Team Leadership

You will be responsible for supervising staff across various functions, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in Development and Operations (DevOps).
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, MS PowerPoint, and MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, big data, and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in web service design and data processing systems.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
Work Conditions
  • This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • The primary working language is English.
