Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Representative in the Edmonton area, you will be an integral part of the Alberta Commercial team, reporting to a District Sales Manager. This role is dedicated to managing relationships with on-premise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, and suppliers.
- Ensure exceptional execution by building rapport and maintaining product standards.
- Negotiate product offerings, promotional opportunities, and visibility for Molson Coors brands with customers.
- Manage promotional budgets to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with customers and the Custom Solutions Team to create tailored consumer programs.
- Act as a product expert to uphold high-quality standards for our brands.
- Support sponsorships and partnerships with teams, venues, and events.
- Install and update point-of-purchase materials in accordance with brand strategies.
- Ensure compliance with distribution standards for Molson products.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities in the market.
