    Job Description: Brandt is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for our Edmonton Material Handling location. This role focuses on the sale of new and used whole goods within a designated territory.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell new and used whole goods product within the designated sales territory
  • Documentation: Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Product Knowledge: Keep current on product knowledge and equipment
  • Customer Relationship: Keep current on customers' business activities and needs
  • Marketing: Develop marketing and promotion strategies for territory
  • Reporting: Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow–up, and prospect reports as required

    Required Skills:

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills
  • Self-Direction: Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts

    Required Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
  • Travel: Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
  • Driver's Abstract: A recent driver's abstract will be required
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills
  • Self-Direction: Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
