Overview

As a Regional Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing business operations, and expanding the territory for Concrete Restoration Systems (CRS) in Western Canada. You will play a key role in representing the company and presenting its products to various stakeholders, including distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, and installers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and achieve corporate objectives in your designated territory.
  2. Represent MAPEI INC. at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase current and new products.
  3. Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  4. Communicate with clients regarding technical matters, resolve complaints, and influence buying decisions.
  5. Present regular reports to management on territory activities, market intelligence, and sales performance.
  6. Conduct regular cold calls and market solicitations to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with Product Managers to develop new products, provide feedback on field testing, and contribute to market research.
