Position Overview

NUTRIZA INC. is seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to enhance our brand visibility and manage communication strategies effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and relevant experience in public relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotional Development: Create and design promotional materials that align with our corporate image.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with external partners.
  • Market Services: Promote and market our business services to potential clients.
  • Budget Oversight: Plan and manage budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Strategy Evaluation: Direct and assess departments responsible for communication strategies and information programs.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives on behalf of the organization.
  • Event Publicity: Oversee the promotion of activities and events.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and evaluate advertising campaigns to boost product and service sales.
  • Spokesperson Duties: Act as the official spokesperson for NUTRIZA INC.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on effective advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Inquiry Response: Address written and verbal inquiries professionally.
  • Material Preparation: Assist in creating brochures, reports, and other informational materials.
  • Publicity Coordination: Organize special publicity events and promotional activities.
  • Research Conduct: Carry out public opinion and attitude surveys.
  • Media Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets.
  • Program Development: Prepare and deliver educational and informational programs.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft contracts for various engagements.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage a digital database of communications.
  • Copywriting: Produce high-quality written content.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff effectively.
