Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Divine Spine Beaumont Ltd. in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Office Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and order office supplies as needed.
- Travel and Transportation: Public transportation is available for travel to and from work.
- Work Environment: The work environment is typical of an office setting, with repetitive tasks and sitting for extended periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Personal Qualities: Efficiency, positive attitude, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
