NANAK REALTY SERVICES INC. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our dynamic real estate environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our team.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work in a fast-paced real estate setting, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
- Assess daily operations and implement improvements.
- Encourage and motivate team members.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
- Plan and manage daily operational tasks.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
- Establish office procedures and routines.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Oversee contract management.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
- Maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents.
- Conduct research as required.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain digital databases.
- Carry out basic bookkeeping duties.
- Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support.
- Evaluate work environments and procedures for safety.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff as necessary.
Proficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- Social Media Platforms
- MS Office Suite
A basic security clearance is required for this position.
