Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
  • Assess daily operations and implement improvements.
  • Encourage and motivate team members.
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Plan and manage daily operational tasks.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Establish office procedures and routines.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Oversee contract management.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents.
  • Conduct research as required.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases.
  • Carry out basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support.
  • Evaluate work environments and procedures for safety.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff as necessary.

Security Requirements
