We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Business Development Manager for Northeast Ontario.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Northeast Ontario region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for your designated territory.
  • Assess current and prospective clients to create tailored action plans.
  • Enhance market share by promoting our comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster team commitment towards shared objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Maximize customer profitability through various initiatives.
  • Formulate strategies for new contracts and renewals.
  • Address clients' Occupational Health and Safety challenges with innovative, consultative solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A self-motivated entrepreneur with a proven sales track record.
  • A strong commitment to excellence and personal development.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, along with disciplined planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Salesforce and MS Office, with a valid driver's license.
  • Able to thrive in a self-directed, home-office environment.
  • Aspirations to grow as a leader within SPI.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse customer organizations.
  • Experience in leading teams, both directly and indirectly.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Familiarity with Health and Safety products and solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license required.
