About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our internal database to identify and qualify new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  • Conduct sales qualifying calls with approximately 100 leads per day, assessing their eligibility for our programs and documenting their information for a seamless transition to our Sales Representatives.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth, contributing to our overall strategy and success.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with new clients and effectively gather and share information.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
