Daily Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads to foster potential sales opportunities.
  • Attend appointments and engage in discussions with clients to understand their needs.
  • Draft contracts and practice sales conversations to enhance skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust, which in turn boosts sales volume.
  • Engage with leads consistently to maximize sales potential.
  • Collect and provide local community insights to address client inquiries regarding potential properties.
  • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a smooth closing process.
  • Consult with clients to refine their property preferences and successfully close transactions.
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities are required.
  • A proven track record in sales is advantageous.
