Responsibilities Include:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, fostering satisfaction and trust while boosting sales.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collect local community insights to address client inquiries regarding potential properties.
  • Draft written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process.
  • Consult with clients to identify their property preferences and successfully close transactions.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • A proven track record in sales is advantageous.
