Key Responsibilities- Prospect Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential homebuyers, providing them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up with prospects to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
- Open House Coordination: Organize and host open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
- Client Representation: Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller, ensuring a successful close and providing exceptional customer service.
- Transaction Management: Compile and manage representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers, ensuring a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
- Lead Generation: Contact prospects after the initial meeting to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
- Negotiation and Closing: Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyer and seller, achieving desired results and ensuring a successful transaction.
- Real Estate Experience: Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License and possess a valid driver's license.
- Performance Metrics: Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success and possess a strong understanding of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
