Sewing Machine Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Sewing Machine Operators Supervisor to oversee our production team at SIMPLY SOFAWORKS & MORE LTD. This role is essential in ensuring that our sewing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Coordinate work activities with various departments to enhance productivity.
- Establish effective methods to meet production schedules.
- Prepare detailed production and performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve both productivity and product quality.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Set up and maintain sewing machines and related equipment.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of sewing staff.
- Train employees in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
- Ability to distinguish between colors is essential.
- Attention to detail is crucial for quality assurance.
- Physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling is required.
- Good hand-eye coordination is necessary for operating machinery.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Highly organized and reliable team player.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
