Workplace Experience Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Workplace Experience team at Clio as a Workplace Experience Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a unique and exceptional workplace experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front office operations, including visitor and employee sign-in, mail management, and shipping/receiving.
- Orient employees and guests to the space through site tours and wayfinding.
- Maintain office space, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
- Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track status.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain records.
- Coordinate design-build projects, renovations, and office relocations.
- Plan, coordinate, and host internal and external events.
- Maintain workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workplace policies and programs are executed and aligned with business objectives.
- Regularly inspect facilities to ensure all systems are operational.
- Oversight of physical security, including site access badges and liaising with IT/Security team.
- Assist with H&S investigations and sit on the Global H&S Committee.
- Manage vendor relationships for F&B, socials, and office supplies.
- Track and process workplace experience expenses.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of workplace experience programs and recommend improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or facility coordination within a corporate office environment.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating in-office and/or virtual events.
- OHS First Aid level 2.
- Experience with Slack, Confluence, Asana, and Google Drive.
- Food Safety level 1 certification.
