Workplace Experience Coordinator, Toronto

At Reddit, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, intentional, and vibrant. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life in our Toronto office.
Responsibilities:- Create a dynamic and sustainable workplace that supports the needs of our employees.
- Develop and implement workplace operations strategies that prioritize clarity, diversity, and accessibility.
- Support regional customization of workplace programs, including employee perks and benefits.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen ordering, and general office experience.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners.
- Oversee room and desk scheduling through our booking platforms.
- Update office documents and ensure accurate sets of floor plans and seating charts.
- Minimum of two years of office coordination, administrative support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and creative skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Google Suite experience such as Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
