Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel Planning: Assist customers in planning their travel, including booking reservations, quoting fares, and providing information on routes and schedules.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, handle cash, and assist with online booking processes.
- Office and Cleaning Duties: Perform various office and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive and friendly attitude.
