Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at CB Canada.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide travel information, and process transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Travel Information: Assist customers with planning their travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer payments, handle cash, and manage transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and provide support.

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
