Red Arrow Motorcoach is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Red Deer, AB. This part-time position requires open availability, including weekends, with hours between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm.

We're looking for a team player who genuinely enjoys working with people and can provide outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for quoting fares, assisting customers with travel planning, and processing payments. You will also be expected to greet passengers, assist with inquiries, and perform various office and cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote fares and rates for customers
