We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Connect Hearing Canada, a leading hearing care provider with a network of clinics across Canada.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. You will also schedule appointments, manage client accounts, and work with insurance companies to ensure seamless billing operations.
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, experience with accounts receivable, and a passion for helping others. If you're a team player with a "can-do" attitude and a desire to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you
