Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Insurance Outsourcing Services team as a Managing Director. This role will oversee the delivery of services and client onboarding, driving strategic plans and objectives to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead sales and engagement efforts with customers, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the insurance market and operations.
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
  • Exercise significant influence and visibility among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution.
  • Prior management/supervisory experience is required.
  • Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and ability to generate business/sales ideas.
  • Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to explain and discuss financial information/calculations to different audiences.
  • Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines.
