Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that dishes are consistently prepared to our exacting standards.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional results and meeting our customers' expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Culinary Skills: Proven ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
