About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menus and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
