About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
