Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and insights on the consumer credit portfolio, developing credit and fraud loss forecasts, and managing credit risk reporting deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth analysis and insights on the consumer credit portfolio to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain credit and fraud loss forecasting models to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and deliver credit risk reporting to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of compliance processes related to loss forecasting and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer lending analytical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business intelligence, data science, economics, engineering, or statistics.
- Accounting or finance background is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and visualize data.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Python, or R is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Peoples Trust offers a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $85,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
