About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of credit risk management strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Risk Management: Conduct thorough credit reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide input on the development and maintenance of quality assurance programs to ensure effective compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Commercial Lending: Assist in the review of commercial lending activities, including underwriting guidelines and risk management practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights into credit risk and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on credit risk and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial banking, retail lending, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in business or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of commercial lending and credit risk management principles.
